Bathroom Refurbishment
PR Henry Building Ltd offers professional bathroom refurbishment services across London and the surrounding areas.
We manage your entire project seamlessly, from the initial rip-out and structural prep to the final immaculate tiling and finishing touches.
Whether you want to refresh a busy family bathroom, design a luxury en-suite, or maximise/build a compact downstairs WC, we handle it all. We specialise in both like-for-like bathroom refurbishments and complex layout changes, ensuring your new space is highly functional and built to last.
A stunning bathroom relies entirely on the quality of the work hidden behind the walls. We focus heavily on the structural essentials:
- Layout Reconfiguration: Moving walls, incorporating new stud work, altering doorways/installing pocket doors and re-routing complex pipework or drainage lines.
- Surface Remediation: Stripping out old suites, flattening uneven walls, prepping subfloors, and fully resolving any underlying damp or moisture problems.
- Smart Concealment: Boxing in exposed pipework and concealing cisterns cleanly, ensuring structural lines remain sharp while keeping vital plumbing accessible for future maintenance.
Standard, off-the-shelf bathroom furniture often leaves wasted space in awkward corners.
Leveraging over 30 years of carpentry expertise, we design and build custom solutions tailored precisely to your room:
- Custom Storage: Crafting bespoke vanity units, integrated cupboards, and shelving that maximise tight alcoves and under-basin spaces.
- Tiled Wall Niches: Constructing recessed, waterproof feature shelving inside shower enclosures and above baths to hold your toiletries neatly.
- Premium Fixtures: Installing modern walk-in showers, low-profile enclosures, freestanding baths and contemporary floating toilets.
Moisture management is our highest priority. We never tile over existing problems. Instead, we fully prepare and tank (waterproof) wet areas to guarantee a leak-free environment.
- Versatile Tiling: Installing floor-to-ceiling tiles or around the wet arounds depending on your preference, feature walls, and splash backs using a wide variety of tile sizes, patterns, and materials.
- Design Flexibility: Delivering immaculate finishes that complement ultra-modern, minimalist aesthetics as seamlessly as classic, traditional designs.
To protect your property from condensation, mould, and damp, we assess and upgrade your extraction systems, installing efficient, high-performance ventilation. We evaluate your project ensuring that lighting, airflow, storage and plumbing work together perfectly.
With three decades of building experience, we take immense pride in high-quality attention to detail.
